WinJewel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinJewel retail-management platform and related websites, applications, and services (the "Services") provided by WinJewel Software ("WinJewel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are provided for use by jewelry retailers and their authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner that may cause harm to WinJewel, other users, or third parties.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from WinJewel. The types of messages you may receive include one-time verification codes (2FA); account, service, and support notifications; and news and promotional updates about the platform.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at winjewel@msn.com. After you send STOP, we may send a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by WinJewel or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services except for the limited right to use them as permitted here.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinJewel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
